Essential Hardware Requirements before installation

1. Processor: Intel Pentium III \ Pentium 4 \Celeron 400 MHz or above, AMD 700 MHz or above.
2. RAM: 64 MB of RAM or above
3. Disk Storage: At least 500 MB free space required in the installation drive and at least 500 MB free space required in C drive
4. Installation Media: CD WRITER \ CD ROM \ DVD WRITER \ DVD ROM
5. The hard disk must have a minimum capacity of 5 GB
6. Color or mono monitor which supports 800 X 600 resolution

Essential software Requirements before installation

1. Windows 98-SE / ME /2000/XP
2. MS Office 2000/ XP

Recommended System Features for better performance

1. Processor: Pentium 4 with 2 GHz or above
2. RAM: 256 MB or above
3. Disk Storage: keep 5 GB of free space or more in instillation drive and keep 3 GB free space in C drive
4. Installation Media: CD WRITER \ CD ROM \ DVD WRITER \ DVD ROM
5. Keep an effective virus scanner and update it regularly.
6. Keep the system free from the virus attack by scanning all floppies and CDs before accessing the same in the system. We are not recommending the access to Internet with out taking proper security measures.
7. Delete the temporary files from the system regularly and use UPS/battery always for your system protection.
